This Privacy Policy explains how Lot Logic CRM ("Lot Logic", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information through lotlogiccrm.com and the Lot Logic CRM software (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Information you give us - name, dealership name, email, phone number, lead volume and messages you submit through our website forms or support email.
• Account and billing information - business details, user names and logins. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Dealer Data - the lead, customer, vehicle and message data our dealer customers store in the Service. We process this on the dealer's behalf and under the dealer's instructions.
• Usage information - basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies needed to run the website and Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate and support the Service; respond to demo requests and support questions; process billing; send service and account notices; keep the Service secure; and improve our product. We do not sell personal information.

3. Text Messaging

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your demo request, account or support. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service - such as hosting, telephony and text messaging, email delivery, AI processing and payment processing - under obligations to protect it and use it only for us; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger or sale of our business. Dealer Data is never shared with other dealers.

5. Data Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Dealer Data may be deleted 60 days after a subscription ends. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections, to protect information; no system is perfectly secure.

6. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. If you are a customer of one of our dealers, please contact that dealer, who controls that data; we will assist them with your request.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
